Because I appreciate the role of our customers in the future of Pearl Automotive, I wanted to fill you in on all the enhancements—large and small—that we’ve been working on to provide you with a world-class customer experience: Autohaus of Peoria is significantly redesigning its four showrooms in a multimillion-dollar construction project to give each vehicle line—Audi, Mercedes Benz, Porsche, and Volkswagen—its own uniquely branded space. We have completely redesigned the service entrance and are enhancing the service lounge (with free Wi-Fi, new furniture, flat screen TVs, and a separate children’s area), which has also been relocated closer to the service area, and therefore more accessible to our customers.
And remember, each location offers complimentary car washes for any Pearl Automotive vehicle owners.
